MoreI'm disappointed! Just wanted to store tires. So call Volkswagen Leasing, which in turn gave me the number of Audi Vahrenwalder. I called there at 9:21 am demonstrably. It was announced that I can come until 6 p.m. I was there at 3:20 p.m. to then hear a woman proudly tire acceptance until 3 p.m. As a customer, what can I do that the employees don't know each other how the process is? I had to be very clear that I will not take my tires with me again. I could leave them there but of course the negative service stays in the back of my mind. I am completely disappointed after my first service visit. Even when I was looking for a new vehicle, I was hardly given any advice (about 4 months ago), so I ordered my Q3 Sportsback from another Audi house. A few years ago my A4 had similar problems. I try to avoid this location, unfortunately this is not always possible due to time constraints.

It must be added that the AUDI Center Hanover is by far one of the cheapest AUDI dealers in all of Germany (I speak from experience, as I did not make the long journey from Augsburg to Hanover for nothing). I myself was advised by Mr. Koch and I can only give this employee a good name. All in all it can be said that this AUDI dealer is the BEST in all of Germany!

MoreThe selection of vehicles is huge here, there is the right vehicle for every Audi fan and that in many colors, unfortunately I think the terrain is too small and it is bursting at the seams. For him in the Audi Center, the exhibition hall is unfortunately a bit small, although there are a few models available, but a center should present more for the buyers. The staff is very friendly and tries hard. Unfortunately, the Audi Sport Hall is also closed and there are too few models available so I would have expected more. All in all, I say it was a big disappointment for me, I expected more, that's just the way it is. Please do not say Corona is to blame.
MoreI bought my first Audi there at the end of June. The prices compared to the equipment are good, but unfortunately also the only positive experience I have had with the Audi Center and will probably have. Since I bought the car, several small problems have arisen which are very difficult to fix at the beginning and can no longer be resolved at all, because after a certain time you are ignored and no callbacks or anything else are received. The processing of the guarantee with Audi workshop partners is almost impossible because a VW guarantee is concluded which VW itself does not know anything about and no Audi partner can see except the Audi Center Hanover itself. Contractually agreed tread depths of my winter tires were also skilfully ignored so I am allowed to exchange already next winter. It took me 2 months to repair my charging cradle, but only because at some point I was allowed to drive to Hanover myself because the process between the authorized workshop and the Audi center was impossible. Once in Hanover, all errors should be fixed. According to the Audi Center, a key that discharges after 2 weeks is a normal keyless go problem and everyone has the problem of having to replace the battery after 2 weeks. Further clarification is impossible, however, since no employee is supposedly available and callback requests have been ignored for another month. In the end, I was deprived of any pleasure in my first Audi, since it appears that I will only get my key repaired through legal channels. Unfortunately, I can only advise against this Audi center. Unless you finance your car there that brings more money, maybe the Audi center is then helpful so unfortunately absolutely not to be recommended.

I was about to pull out of a leasing deal deemed disadvantageous to myself when Mr. Horoz has found a way to make amendments to it and keep me as a customer.

Waited over 1month after contacting them via website. Still got no reply. Had to pay for the gas on a tryout ride. The car wasnt even cleaned up. It had spiderwebs and other stuff inside. Summed up, i love Audi, but i would never buy a cat at this location!

Postpone pick-up date one day later without any pre notice. Repair engineer was not so favorable. But other staffs were good. And I sent an email for complaints. But no reply. I think audi is not interested in customer satisfaction. I will not go there again without critical problem.
